摘  要   通过对某公司办公区中央空调系统运行现状及存在问题的分析，提出其冷源系统夏季运行的节能策略，设计了冷媒
水和冷却水系统实施变频改造的方案，经效益分析，每年可节省运行费用15万元。

Abstract   By  analysing the system operation status and  problems of the cold/heat source of central air-
conditioning system of a company office district , give  a energy consumption strategy in summer and design a
frequency conversion plan for chill water and cooling water system.By    analysing the operation benefit, it can save
operation cost $150,000.
