离对有限空间内流体的流动和温度分布的影响,得出了不同空间尺寸下室外冷凝机组离墙安装的最佳距离,为优化气流分布
和提高机组效率提供了有效的技术支持,且对工程实践具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract Air-conditioners used in residential or office buildings often have the outdoor condensing units installed at
the sidewalls or on the roofs. As a result of air-conditioner condensing units on the top floors suffering from an elevated
ambient air temperature due to the heat rejected from the condensing units below, it will cause temperature rise in the
confined space of a high-rise building, lead to uncomfortable thermal environment and deteriorative performance of the
air-conditioning system. Installation distance from the wall is an important factor that affects the performance of the
air-conditioning system. FLUENT software is applied to simulate the effect of the distance from the sidewall on the
fluid flow and temperature distribution in the confined space of the first- storey high-rise residential building. The
minimum recommended installation distance from the sidewall with the different dimensions of the confined space is
obtained. The effective technical data can be provided for optimizing air distribution and improving the efficiency of the
air-conditioning system, which is important to engineering practices.
